1Subscription Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that no alerts have been triggered during that period. Refund requests after 7 days, or when alerts have been triggered, will not be accepted. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
2Pay-as-you-go Wallet Credits
Wallet credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Unused credits remain available on your account indefinitely and are not subject to expiration.
3How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@alertbolt.app within 7 days of purchase. Include your account email and order reference. We process refunds within 5 business days.
4Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
5Exceptional Circumstances
If AlertBolt experiences a prolonged outage (>24 hours) that prevents your alerts from functioning, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit at our discretion. Contact support with details of the affected period.
6Payment Processors
Payments are processed by Paddle or FedaPay depending on your region. Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund).
