- Alert configurations (symbols, conditions, target prices)
- Payment information — processed exclusively by FedaPay / Paddle, never stored by us
- Usage analytics (page views, feature usage) — only with your consent
2How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to deliver the AlertBolt service: sending price alerts through your chosen channels, processing payments, providing customer support, and improving the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3Data Sharing
We share your data only with the providers strictly necessary to run the service: Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), Firebase (push notifications), FedaPay / Paddle (payments), Sentry (error monitoring). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
4Cookies & Analytics
We use a session cookie for authentication. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are loaded only with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Reject" on the banner.
5Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
