By accessing or using AlertBolt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AlertBolt provides real-time price alert services for crypto, forex, and synthetic indices markets. All alerts are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
2Acceptable Use
You may not use AlertBolt for any illegal purpose, abuse or overload the alert system, attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure, resell or redistribute access to the platform, or impersonate other users or AlertBolt staff.
3Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided no alerts have been triggered. Pay-as-you-go wallet credits are non-refundable once consumed.
4Data & Privacy
We collect your email address and notification preferences to deliver the service. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (FedaPay, Paddle). We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
5Disclaimer
AlertBolt is a notification tool. Market prices are provided by third-party data sources. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in market data, missed alerts due to connectivity issues, or any financial decisions made based on our alerts.
6Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
