2From the website

  1. Sign in at alertbolt.app.
  2. Open the dashboard, then Settings.
  3. In the “Danger Zone”, click “Delete my account”.
  4. Enter your password (or DELETE if you signed up with Google) and confirm.

3Can't sign in?

Email us at support@alertbolt.app from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm your identity, then we process the request within 30 days.

4Before you delete your account

  • Cancel your subscription: deleting your account does not stop a Google Play subscription from being billed. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel AlertBolt. For a subscription taken on the website: dashboard, Settings, Subscription.
  • If you have unused Pay As You Go wallet credit, contact support before deleting your account.

5What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your access is removed and the following data is erased from our systems. We cannot restore it.

  • Your profile and sign-in details (name, email address, password).
  • Your price alerts and notification history.
  • Your notification channel settings (WhatsApp or SMS number, Telegram ID, Discord webhook) and your device’s push notification token.
  • Your subscriptions, wallet balance and payment history as recorded by AlertBolt.
  • Your sessions and access tokens.

6What may remain

  • Records of purchases made through Google Play or Paddle are kept by those providers under their own policies. AlertBolt never stores your card details.
  • Encrypted backups of our databases may contain your data until they are rotated on schedule.
  • Anonymous app error reports (numeric account ID, no name or email) may be kept for a limited period by our error-monitoring tool.
